Weekly Schedule: 30 to 40 hours/week

Leadership responsibilities:

• Plan 52 weeks of Support for Friday Night Service
• Handle day-to-day administrative needs such as handling incoming phone calls, email communication regarding Celebrate Recovery in general, and connecting those in need with available resources outside of our ministry area
• Strive to make Celebrate Recovery visible to the curious and the connected
• Invest in CR's Volunteers / Leaders
• Create and manage all CR ministry event registrations including room reservations in ROCK

Weekly Schedule: Tuesdays 8:45-11:45am; 5:30-8:45pm

• Demonstrate a passion for children and a desire for them to know about God.
• Attend prayer time as scheduled per ministry day.
• Take time to review class lesson during the week, incorporating God-given gifts into each lesson.
• Care for the children the classroom through prayer and discipleship. Send “prayer/missed you” cards, etc. (provided).
• Be faithful in attendance (Attendance agreement form).
• Attend training sessions as provided monthly and yearly.
• Communicate, engage and support co-leader/staff in ministry and classroom duties.
• Participate and support the overall ministry in servant leadership as Jesus demonstrated.
• Follow safety and classroom guidelines as stated in Leader handbook, STOP Manual, Security Manual, and staff trainings.

Hours: Part time, hourly - approximately 20 hours/week

Start date: fall 2024 (approx)

Leadership Responsibilities:

• Produce educational curriculum for preschool age children (ages 3-5) composed of activities and crafts. Prepare daily and event-focused communication notes home to parents.
• Work alongside Preschool Worship Coordinator to prepare and present Wee Worship. 
• Curate supplies and sources for curriculum activities. 
• Create monthly parent newsletter for preschool. 
• Disciple, Train, and Support teachers in preschool classes daily or as needed. 
• Produce preschool classroom schedules and Coordinate times with Toddler 2 and Music Leader. 
• Organize and lead a yearly teacher training. Offer additional training on an as needed basis and for new teachers. Organize and ensure preschool classes are prepared for use prior to each session. 
• Attend KDO meetings and All-Staff meetings as scheduled. 
• Prepare graduating classes for ceremony and completing the graduation booklet.
