Fayetteville Student Ministry Leader - Girls

Campus: Fayetteville

Purpose: The FSM Girls Leader works to see students transformed into world-changing followers of Jesus by equipping them to behold Jesus, belong together, and become disciples. This is done in the context of girl cell groups, events, Sunday services, and everyday life. 

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Start date: October 2024

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Disciple: Equip and release spiritual leaders to make students into disciples of Jesus
  • Teach: Express Biblical truth through teachings, sermons, small group curriculum, and discipleship resources.
  • Coordinate: Organize cell group communities and plan experiences in which students behold Jesus, belong together, and become disciples
  • Care: Engage in ministerial functions for the varying needs of students, families, and leaders.

Primary Strengths Required:

  • Experience preferred:
    • 3-5 years of ministry experience;
    • 3-5 years' experience with students 7-12th grade;

Bentonville Early Childhood Ministry Leader - KidsTIME

Campus: Bentonville

Purpose: To lead and direct the Kid's TIME Ministry team to provide childcare during Women's Bible Studies and special events. To communicate and work closely with different ministries, build relationships with leaders, and KidsTIME Ministry families.

Hours: Part-time, 20 hours/week

Start date: August 27, 2024

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, interview, hire, schedule, train, manage, encourage, and shepherd classroom leaders.
  • Schedule and place registered children into age-appropriate classrooms.
  • Connect with the moms of Kid's TIME children to support and encourage.
  • Responsible for prepping and distributing elementary curriculum for Women's Bible studies and special events.
  • Responsible for leaving the facility clean, in order, and ready for the next ministry after Kid's TIME Ministry takes place.
  • Partner with the EC team for support and collaboration.

Rogers Kid's Time Classroom Leader

Campus: Rogers

Purpose: To lead and oversee children in a classroom setting. Infant thru elementary.

Hours: part-time, hourly

Weekly Schedule: Tuesdays 8:45am-11:45am

Start date: September 17

Leadership responsibilities:

  • Have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ which is modeled for children.
  • Share the love, joy, and hope of Christ with children and parents and staff.
  • Support the core beliefs and leadership of Fellowship Bible Church.
  • Exemplify Godly character and embody Fellowships Mission, Vision, Statement of Faith and Leadership Covenant.
  • Demonstrate a passion for children and a desire for them to know about God.
  • Attend prayer time as scheduled per ministry day.
  • Take time to review class lesson during the week, incorporating God-given gifts into each lesson.
  • Care for the children the classroom through prayer and discipleship. Send “prayer/missed you” cards, etc. (provided).
  • Be faithful in attendance (Attendance agreement form).
  • Attend training sessions as provided monthly and yearly.
  • Communicate, engage and support co-leader/staff in ministry and classroom duties.
  • Participate and support the overall ministry in servant leadership as Jesus demonstrated.
  • Follow safety and classroom guidelines as stated in Leader handbook, STOP Manual, Security Manual, and staff trainings.

Weekly Schedule: Sundays 4:00pm - 6:45pm
