A Message from the Elders

The CDC provided new guidelines on Tuesday afternoon recommending that masks be worn indoors in parts of the U.S. designated as “high risk.” Unfortunately, this includes all counties in the state of Arkansas.

In light of the new CDC guidelines and out of consideration for the health and well-being of all, we ask that Fellowship worshipers entering our facilities prayerfully consider wearing masks while indoors until the guidelines have once again been relaxed. We request that you join us in prayer as we seek God's wisdom and guidance in leading our worshiping body.

Like you, we are weary of the struggle with Covid 19, but we must continue to pray and find new ways to serve God and others during what appears to be another difficult surge of the virus. But remember this, “Man’s extremity is God’s opportunity,” and we believe the present state of circumstances is an unprecedented opportunity to grow in our faith. In the darkest night, God shines brightest. As the Apostle Paul reflected on difficulties he and his companions faced in the province of Asia, he made the following statement: “We were under great pressure, far beyond our ability to endure, so that we despaired even of life… But this happened that we might not rely on ourselves, but on God…" (2 Corinthians 1:8-9, NIV). Let us look to Him during this time and help others do the same.

Please join us in prayer as we ask God for full and complete eradication of this virus and for any variants to have mild effects, especially on our children. Pray for those who are currently hospitalized and for their families. Pray for those who have lost loved ones to Covid, that God would cover them with His “peace that transcends all understanding.”

Please know that we covet your prayers and thank you in advance for doing what is in the best interest of you, your family, and fellow worshipers.
